Project Description
This landmark project represents over 100,000 sq.m. or 1,080,000 sq.f. of development and encompasses three city blocks in the heart of Calgary, Alberta.
The original buildings date back over 30 years and the intent of this project will be to rejuvenate the complete building with new tenants and new image.
Part of the project will be to replace the existing partial skylight areas with a new skylight hung from above to create a structurally seamless canopy above the retail areas. It was a first for Calgary.
