Project Description

Terminal 21 – Pattaya was opened in October 2018 and located in Pattaya City at the gateway to the Pattaya beachfront area.  It comprises  over 400 retail shops contained in a six level retail podium.  The exterior design is bold and incorporated with a forecourt designed as an Airport runway complete with a Boeing 737-300 taking off over a simulated beach area.  The interior of the building was developed on a concept of iconic Cities of the World.  Each floor represents a different merchandising strategy and City theme, Paris – London – Italy – Tokyo – San Francisco – Hollywood – Airport Terminal.
