The project represented the first phase of an eventual mixed-use project consisting of Hotel, Retail and Entertainment uses. The first phase building consisted of a two level restaurant gallery on a beach front setting. Fantastic views of the ocean were available from the proposed roof top areas.
The frontage of the building was purposely set-back to allow for interactive events and exhibitions as a natural extension of the adjacent beach activities. A powerful ‘night-time’ light show is also planned for the forecourt areas.
